Return & Exchange Policy Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged (for equal or greater value) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item(s).  Items being returned for exchange must be unopened, in original condition accompanied by all packaging and accessories to avoid any charges related to exchange.  For exchange, please contact us toll-free at 1-888-994-6246 or email us at [email protected] to make arrangements.  You can return items via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or other commercial carrier once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been approved & provided to you.  For your convenience, items purchased online may also be returned to any of our retail stores provided a RMA number has been issued.  Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.  However, we will gladly refund your S&H charge if after receiving your item you find it to be D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) visibly defective, broken, to have sustained concealed damage or need to return due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately toll-free at 1-888-994-6246 or email us at [email protected] with “RMA request” in the subject line.  Returns for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping & handling charges.

Return Procedure Should you need to return a purchase for any reason, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required and must be obtained before any return can be processed.  To request your RMA number please call us toll free at 1-888-994-6246 or email us at [email protected] with “RMA request” in the subject line.  It may take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.  PLEASE NOTE: Packages returned without approved RMA number will be refused.

Ordering Procedure When ordering, please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. We provide you with a carrier tracking number when your order is shipped.

Damage Goods Policy We do our best when packaging our products for delivery to you to eliminate damage during the delivery process.  However, it’s not unheard of that an item has arrived in less than perfect condition.  When you receive your package, it is very important to inspect the item upon delivery.  If you notice any dents, punctures or any clearly visible damage to the package, please refuse the package & inform us or make note of it on the bill of lading and contact our customer service toll-free at 1-888-994-6246 for assistance or email us at [email protected]

If after opening your received item you find it to be D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) visibly defective, broken, to have sustained concealed damage or need to return due to an error on our end please contact us immediately toll-free at 1-888-994-6246 or email us at [email protected]  We will issue you a RMA number, provide you with a prepaid shipping label if required to return the item to us and arrange free delivery of the replacement item.

Error & Misprint Policy   Top Choice Electronics takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services information provided, please refer to the originator of the information (e.g., the manufacturer) for complete product details.  Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.  Errors will be corrected where discovered.  Top Choice Electronics reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, wwww.topchoices.ca will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)  Eco fees cover the cost associated with the safe and responsible recycling of end-of-life electronics.  EHF are administered by provincially approved recycling programs and are not government taxes.  Online orders will see the EHF fee appear at checkout.

No Refund No Exchange Items There are no returns, refunds or exchange on personal use items (eg.  in-ear headphones) for hygienic reasons with the exception of defective product, exchange will be granted.
