The SIZZLE ZONE works by forcing gas through a ceramic plate filled with gas, which is then ignited. The ceramic glows red hot, reaching temperatures of 1,800°F in seconds. This is infrared heat. Far less gas is used, saving you time and money on your next grilled meal.
